For me I think I go for 70/30 luck over skill when gambling because I am a fan of sportsbetting especially combat sports unlike lottery that requires one hundred percent luck this two games are quite different so maybe this also depends on what category we are betting at.

Not even up to 0.5x of the total amount staked, although we can say it's good but some risk aren't worth taking because what if you lose $1k at the dispensation of 100$ as win? Is this logical, at least maybe 1/5 of total amount bet is something cool to win than losing. So, again it also rely on luck and chance because you wouldn't be surprised how the other wins.

If the gamblers is gambling against the house or sport betting site, it is still a game of luck and not skills even if it is poker or sport. When it can be seen not as a game of luck is when the gambler is very good and professional and competing with other gamblers. But if the gambler compete against casinos that has house edge or against sport betting sites that set the odds, they will make money from the gambler. That is luck if the gambler make money from them.
