I don't think anyone will ever succeed in proving that he is the real Satoshi, simply because the real Satoshi, if he is still alive, does not want to appear in public and does not want anyone to know him, while the rest are all liars.

One of the main things that people like Bitcoin because it is decentralized. If for some reason the founder Satoshi Nakamoto is found then I think that even if there is no problem with Bitcoin, the governments of different countries can pressure him and try to take away all his Bitcoins which can completely destroy this huge capital market. While Satoshi Nakamoto's true identity is positive, it will eventually cause a major market destrucktion, potentially losing Bitcoin's support for the decentralized feature.

That is the risk that will occur if sathoosi is found, the possibility of the government taking over his bitcoin and destroying the crypto market, that is the worst prediction we should think about. in my opinion, ssathosi should remain anonymous and never be found. So that bitcoin remains safe and the price of bitcoin will be more expensive in the future.
We as crypto overs certainly hope that bitcoin will be more expensive in the future.

Real Satoshi will never do this. He won't show to the public his real identity. There is no advantage to do this. This only leads to centralized Bitcoin because there is a person who can control it. Satoshi likes decentralized system, so he will never have an idea to tell people about his real identity.

First of all i don't think Satoshi will ever reveal his identity, he went away anonymous for a reason or he could even be dead, but i don't think we are ever going to find out who he truly is.

However, if it ever happens, the price of BTC will fall, because so many people will be worried that he may dump his coins, so the price will stay down for sometime before rising again.

Satoshi can prove his identity only if he signs messages from one of the first BTC addresses, but even if someone does that, it would not mean that he is the real Satoshi - because anyone can get hold of those private keys at any time. However, I think that these private keys were probably destroyed on purpose so that this would never happen, which means that the mystery will continue to remain a mystery.

I don't think we can know how the market would react to such news, because part of it would be delighted by it, part of it would surely be afraid that Satoshi would dump all his BTC. Therefore, it is better that such a thing never happens.

If Satoshi should let go of the dangers he is to cause for himself and decide to reveal himself to the whole world to know about, I think the whole crypto world would be alert for the action the world governing bodies would take against him for creating decentralized assets that the government of a country can't penetrate on or have a control over it. And I think the world governing bodies will call him out for questioning and how the government would control Bitcoin or have it collapse. If Satoshi came out to the public and want to show himself, the cryptocurrency market would be filled with a lot of anxious people as most of them believe that government will soon take an action. If Satoshi has a visible face, scaremongering government regulators or entities that want to regulate or even capture Bitcoin might act.

This potential pressure could act as a trigger for at least some of these holders to dispose of their Bitcoin, and henceforth destabilize the newly emerging market. Yet, the decentralised characteristic of Bitcoin can still promote the development of the crypto society to maintain the major principles of decentralisation.
