When performing the maintenance this factor should always be taken into consideration people must always be with the confidence that their system is safe. But if the maintenance is temporary and doesn’t really turn off the user, then we can simply concentrate on solving the problem without great concern. But if it is a long process and can cause quite a disruption then clear communication is paramount. Telling users clearly in a simple manner fosters continuation of trust while providing the user time to adapt.

It is important for us as a team to communicate regardless of the fact that we don’t have to relay minute technicalities at the workplace. Looking at this in detail, it consists of offering the clients a brief description of what’s going on and how long it will take to complete. First of all, we stay as much optimistic as it is possible, as our priority is to bring focus and positive attitude to users even if the system is going to be offline for a while.

When the mixer was launched for the first time, there were some complains and they corrected some so probably in the process more things to do to improve on the mixing process. And from look of things the site is fully back and with good condition. And I also suggest that there should be a review thread for the mixer so people can review the service or alternatively, if let there bonuses to participants to review the service.

Some of the issues have been fixed, while others are still in progress (TOR/Onion & HTTP). The team is doing their best, one at a time to ensure stability. It's important not to rush the process. Yes, a review thread could be beneficial in assessing the quality of the mixer. I’ll make sure to inform them about your suggestion.

Cause I was about wanting to know why the The Onion Router (TOR)  section isn't opening, rather it's displaying "This site can't be reached" .
I guess this aspect will help reduce users traffic...

Currently, the RomboMix team is dedicated to improving the existing system, working on it for 8 hours a day. They may add more features in the future, but not at this moment.

You can try VPN to see if it will work. Probably as they are working on the site, it might affect some urls to breakdown the site. But if they have noticed it, they would fixed it immediately. Sometimes change the browser or update the browser too.

Oh yah, I am accessing it from the Clearnet and not Tor or Onion. Tor is not friendly with weak network and that is why I am not using. And if TOR is not working then alternatively he can use the Clearnet to access the website and a website mainly build in Clearnet and not TOR. Without a VPN, my website does not work through a local provider. I do not know why this happens, but it is clearly related to the communication service provider. I also have problems accessing other resources. It is highly likely that specific authorities have made some kind of unofficial order and are currently implementing it.
