Investments has great advantages, the growth of your crypto coins will be achieved by investing on good crypto assets like Bitcoin, etheruem, Solana, Bnb etc
Now, without investing and growing you coin/token you may not earn additional income in near future. As a matter of facts, inflation is the cause of low value of faits currencies, however, Crypto has huge benefits during inflation because it is regarded as a hedge against inflation, being a decentralized digital assets.

Investment is good, literally everyone need to have investment in crypto and also outside the crypto environment. The coins you mentioned are good crypto investment no doubt about them but I feel like you selected them because those are the only coins that did well this season of bull run, if it were to be before bull run, I'm sure you are going to have more opinions about good coins.

I don't want to conclude yet about this season bull run coins but most of the coins I pick as good coins didn't do well, only Solana and Bnb did well among the coins I had on my mind.

You are very correct. I have monitored some of the top altcoins for sometime now, even before the beginning of the recent bitcoin bullish movement. Among all the 3 mentioned altcoin, Solana and BNB did really well. ETH also had some exciting run, but i actually expected more. Regardless, i think those who made some decent investment in these projects will also make some profits in this bullish movement, even though it can't be compared to that of a bitcoin investors.

At the end of the day, it still boils down to choosing a very good project to invest in whether it be Bitcoin or some altcoin. Making profits is just the primary goal.

Regardless of how crucial we may find out cryptocurrency investment to be, we must not be able to avoid going through the necessary steps as required from us, this may have to start from the way of learning, which is also crucial but some does not see it like that, instead they are more focused about what they want without minding on the means to that, which is the major reasons why some fails in what they do, because there is no expertism in what they do, when we are exposed about crypto, we will make money from it over time.

Well, the ones who have been part of the market know well that crypto market can be really valuable but it's also true that crypto market has some risks and new ones who start investing in the market might face huge losses. It's better to study the market first and then invest in it.

At this time most new investors are facing losses from meme coin. After entering the almost new meme coin on exchange the price increased and suddenly a lot of dump bottoms. The price of the new meme coin rises to the point where everyone is dreaming of getting 1$. The community team is making huge profits from these meme coins. I always like to explain to new investors that a meme coin can actually be a loss for them.

Investing is crypto was crucial in 2010 and it is important now in 2024 also. Some investors saw far into the future and invested significant amounts in BTC and ETH and they are reaping the benefits today.

However the next best time to invest in BTC is now! The crypto market is full of coins and tokens making a beginner overwhelmed.

My simple advise is to DYOR and always stick major coins/tokens that have strong fundamentals and strong teams. Meme tokens are short term, I do not see any future in them except for doge which has a celebrity associated with it. 

The best investment technique is to DCA. That has been the best strategy by far for BTC.

If you have good trading skills and can time the market, buying/selling a few coins could be a good idea. But never be too greedy. A goose in hand is better than two in the bush.

Lastly, not your keys, not your crypto. Invest in a good cold storage wallet and stay safe.

It is true that storing cryptocurrency assets safely is very important, but the main requirement for making an investment is a large enough capital... if we spend too much money to strengthen our security, while the initial capital is very limited, it will actually reduce our profits when making an investment, especially when we are just starting out...

I just read a post here on ALTT that someone is doing DCA in BTC for the last 2 cycles (Excluding this) which means he is investing in BTC past 8 years in parts and now he is making more than 700,000$ in profit alone.

Do you think he could make that much investment with full surety and safety in any bank? Nah, he would have been scammed by banks even, his trusted new technology and invested his hard-earned money in it and controlled his feelings even in the high times like last cycle. the owner must not have sold even at $69k. He must be holding onto his funds right now too.

Point is investing opens new opportunity and a relief to the heart and mind, but yeah, proper security is important, but if we can just buy a hardware wallet and continuously deposit in it, we can simply keep the funds safe.

Understanding the technology behind cryptocurrency is very important, but only few people can dedicate that time to learning. One thing that I think should probably concern everyone one who wants to invest in cryptocurrency today, is to know what they are investing into. People, these days, especially newbies just join the market and purchase some shitty projects due to how cheap they are, forgetting that so many constraints are always tied to such projects.

The major reason we see people investing in cryptocurrencies is to make profit and every other reason that comes with investing in cryptocurrencies will be a secondary reason to making profit. Crypto was never built for that initially but the use of it as an asset for making more profits has also helped in brining more people into the space and interact with one another. That means around 2016, and at that time, the price of BTC was still in the range of $ 400 - $ 700 if I'm not mistaken (CMMIW). and now the hope is, it's really a very fast multiple profit. What I mean is that I personally have been trying to hold since 2022, and if you look at it now, the results are very good (although the capital is quite small), but it is already very good and promising. Especially those who have held for years, ah never mind, this is indeed the power of Holding and patience for Bitcoin. There is no doubt about it.

Besides the power of holding it have it's luxuries, like now I am trading and I have to read charts and the news and have to dedicate a lot of time to the market but in holding I just bought BTC by doing DCA and never cared for the dump and pumps and never calcuated the profits so I never gets the idea that I should book some profit alone and then reinvest it when market dumps. Although this strategy don't have good results IMO as I did not practised it but I just calculated it though.

Overall, trading is not that good in compared to Holding as holding is relaxing while trading is not. I love holding and like trading haha use of different words to show the priority.

In 2017 the ATH was $20k after 2016 (the halving year). Holders should hold no matter how much they are making and losing on it.

I also like holding rather than trading, but you also need to pay attention to even coins that must be held for the long term are coins that have a high potential to rise when Bitcoin reaches the ATH as it is now.

The top coins on coinmarketcap have already started to reach the new market ATH and if from the beginning we buy at a low price and hold it and sell it now when the new ATH is reached, it will be a huge profit. But if you do a trade it will be full of risk and mental readiness also needs to be considered.
