Yeah, I get it, but not everyone has the chance to learn new skills or be creative. Some people don’t have the money, time, or support to make it happen. Skills are important, but we should also try to make it easier for everyone to learn and grow, so no one gets left behind.

I am a drop out and yeah I need to get myself the skills for me to be able to make  money to sustain myself as a single guy and of course to help my family as well. I can see  graduates here in my place don't have good income and they're struggling to get a stable job maybe because they are not that confident to find a job or it's degree or course is not what they wanted to be or they just have better plans for themselves. All in all it's just the matter of having the best strategy to secure our future no matter who we are and what we are.

If you took getting certificate more seriously, you're more than likely to have a skill no? What everyone should be striving for is going beyond that by upgrading/adding new skills to your arsenal. There are people who never graduated but have learned how to talk to people and sell effectively. Those skills are pretty much in demand in any business.

you'll find out sooner that those who graduated doesn't have the skill to survive. yet they are the ones looking down on people who could actually provide.

i've seen them everywhere in my life like they own the world, judging round old classmates but looking at them now dependent to their parents wealth. these are the guys who couldn't stand seeing you beat their ass in life and successful without  degree.

There are some countries that no longer care about certificate in their choice of employment they employ those who have the strength to work. There are alot of graduates who have the potential to work and earn huge from their physical strength but they still wait for certificate to find them a job that's not wise.

Yeah bro you are very correct. A musician in my country sang a song and said that the government has turned the graduates to beggars, you work and at the end of the month your salary is still decided by some people who don't know how you gat to sweat for 31 days and you are still controlled but when you are a boss of your own no one control's you.

Depending on certificate is a matter of choice. There are people that has depend on their certificate and they never regret doing it, they are enjoying their pay, bigger pay because of the opportunities they have had. There are people that have also not check their certificate since they graduate and they are leaving fine too, it's a matter of choice.

However, if you live in an environment where certificate aren't consider too much and job opportunities are scarce, it's better you take skills acquisition seriously. There are places where you certificate are valuable than skills especially if you are gifted with brain, scholarships will be available for you to porsue your dreams.

In the current situation of the economy that we find our self's globally we have gradually past the era where people go to school and gets a white collar jobs as there are few and limited jobs available due to overpopulation so it will be wrong for anyone to still depends on cartificate to survive the best thing now is to acquire a skill and make yourself relevant and productive so who can support your self as there are limited white collar jobs available out there

graduates with a skill is quite impressive,because the skill you have acquired will first bring food to your table while still waiting upon or still looking for a lucrative job,i totally agrees with you.

School is just as important as having a skill that will fetch you income. There is some level that your skill will reach that your knowledge acquired will be what is pushing you further. They work in cohesion but only few people understand that and make use of that to their advantage. The bigger picture can still come through your skills and not through your school certificate, but most times, what makes you more position for that is the ability to use your school knowledge to be in the right place and at the right time. School is important and the difference is clear when you see someone that achieves success through school and the skills from the one that achieved theirs through skills only without having to go through school.
