Some of us saw those we started together now doing much better, and in terms of hardwork we do it better than them, is it that grace is different or do things just turn out to be different for us or it just time?

Those who get better than us are the ones who do far more hard work than most of us, not only hard work but smart work. Most of us think that we're more hard working than those who got higher success than us but that's not true in most cases.

This is true, there is quote, "if hard work were to be recipe to become rich, labourers would be richest"

Some people who are very successful pretend to show that they're lucky that's why they got such level of success but in reality those people have worked really hard to get that success.

I don't think they pretend, it's just they don't feel they did anything so they don't like to take credit for it. There are people who enjoy what they do, it never feels like work to them, success comes to them, and they don't think they did anything.

Every individual is created differently, the way we think is also different. Even identical twins born together exhibit differences talk less of friends. You will have a friend that share a common goal with you. but your ways of approaching the goals must be different. What lead to success for one person may not be the same for another person. Your friend success may lied in one work but yours may not, your own success may lie in another work and even if your friend joins the work with you, he may likely not be successful as you are, because his success doesn't lied there. Everything about life is vice versa. Everyone is created in their own unique ways, everyone has the potential to be successful, but their success may manifest in differents ways and at different times.

You really nailed it! Alot of of people don’t know this, we all have different aspects of our lives where we can be thrive the best and be successful. Different person could have that different condition and factors on which it would be affecting out their success and its true that even if both do the same thing but still it wont be guarantee that it could give out on the same outcome in both persons on which just been said that not all will be the same with those things mentioned. Decision making and steps taken will be that differ due to different decision factor on which this definitely affects overall outcome. Also, with some mix of luck on what you are currently doing then it will be that something that mainly affects success rate too and thats why not all people will be ending up on the same fate or result at the time that they would gonna tend to do on the same thing. If you look around us, you will see that many people are working hard and many are not interested in work. Every person should think from his own place. ]i do understand your point but you also have to consider that success involves being at a right place at a right time and maybe they were exactly that it would feel horrible sometimes to feel a bit jealous of your friends who are doing better but i think it is only natural

instead i think this should motivate us more to try and catch up to them so that you and all your friends end up becoming successful together the way you probably dreamt of when you were younger

It’s normal to feel a little jealous when you see friends doing better, but instead of letting it bring you down, use it as motivation. Keep pushing forward, and one day, you might all succeed together, just like you once dreamed.

It's true, make it a motivation for other people's success and make it a lesson if we experience failure. We do know that each person is different on whic hthere are those who are that happy on someones success and there are ones who do bashes or doesnt really like seeing others success and thats why they would be ending up on getting jealous. Time is transient and you should focus on the goal and not see other people doing better than you as a yard stick to measure your success. In life, there are people that are already ahead of you and no matter how you try to put in the best effort in the struggle, you can never reach them. I don’t know what you’ll call them, either Grace or hard work but that just how it is and natural. When you see people like that, try to mingle with them and not feel bad about their success, you’ll get your own benefits from them too. Yes, I like that quote and I believe the quote is written by a successful person who might had many laborers who worked for him but didn't reach any level of richness even in their old age. The ones who are smart, creative, and who understand about money are the ones who get richness and success not the ones who only rely on hard work.
