Many people are saying that we are already in the bear market and today being 6th of April 2025, bitcoin price dropped to $74k and people are saying it is not the bear market yet. So I was like then when is the real Bear Market of Bitcoin? In 2022, it was very clear for everyone to see and understand that bitcoin was in the bear run from the Month of April, and from the Month of November 2022, things were started changing to good.

But in this season or era bitcoin will not drop down to $16k again so in what price do you think bitcoin has hit the bear market in this current epoch? $50k? $60k? $70k? What is your bear market price of bitcoin?

An interesting question actually, I think that in this current era of bitcoin that we are in, it's hard to tell or say for sure when we have entered a full blown bear season, I even doubt if we will ever again see a full blown bear season where everyone know that we are in a bear season like it used to be with all other previous seasons, I feel that a lot of things have changed for Bitcoin with its adoption by the US president, narrative have shifted and things may likely never be like the used to be before..

For me, I wouldn't want to say that I have a particular price which the price of bitcoin will get to before I believe we have entered a bear season, this is because bitcoin can drop -10% today and then rise +20% in the coming weeks, this is the type of season we currently are in, and its hard to tell when exactly we have entered a bear season.

Yes to speculate the exact bear market is hard but one thing I also noticed is that the bear market is for some at that time and in that particular time it is also a bull market to other set of people. Because as you said when the everyone knows that 2022 was a full time bear market and those who invested in that year will take this present price as a bull market while those who invested last year (2024) will take this present price movement as a bear market and that should be as an individual analysis of the market. But in general I don't think we have entered a bear market the previous All Time High was $109k, and from that figure it has to decrease to 54.5% before it will start another bear market again. And the the 54.5% should be $54,500 and this is the bear market price therefore bitcoin has not started bear market and we are still in the bull market.

This year, I think $70,000 would be the deepest dip and the new all time high will happen anywhere from the last quarter of the year because for me 2026 would be the year of bear market. Though this is just my opinion so this is not guaranteed accurate.

This year, I think $70,000 would be the deepest dip and the new all time high will happen anywhere from the last quarter of the year because for me 2026 would be the year of bear market. Though this is just my opinion so this is not guaranteed accurate.

if we go by the previous performance of the market, this year should be the dippest bear market year and from next year 2026 the market will come up gradually and in 2027, the market will increase price more than the year 2026 and in 2028 we face halving and before or after the halving, mostly after the halving we enter into the new all time high again. This is how the market has been moving for years but seeing like things are about to change. And if really things change then time is coming that the market will hit very low figure and it will make investors and traders to be afraid.

I don't have any specific thoughts on this, because I don't think we're entering a downtrend just yet. Even though the BTC price has dropped to 74K USD, it's still in a pretty high range and the uptrend is still holding up quite well.

Looking back at May 2021, when the BTC price fell from 64K to 30K USD, a lot of people panicked and sold off, but right after that the BTC price recovered and created a new ATH at 70K USD in November. We might be in a similar situation: even if BTC drops to 50K USD, the chance of a new ATH for the BTC price this season is still intact.

$70k-$60k may still make sense if there is still a decline occurring due to some effects of global economic instability.
But if it were to hit $50k or below it would be a pretty crazy decline, as the Support at $70k is still strong enough to withstand this unfavorable market situation.

I don't want to speculate more about the decline, but the upside will also occur after this bearish market state ends.

Probably between $30000 but we can not speculate on this yet unless we have known the all-time high already. We do not know the all-time high yet. It is very possible that after the tariffs issue caused by Trump, bitcoin may begin to increase. Bit I guess it can not be more than June and it may last till towards the end of 2025.

Whether we speculate Bitcoin price at certain price level or not, there will always be bear run, though there are indexes that are used to confirm a bear market situation. However, crypto bear run take some time confirmation because of its volitile nature.
Now, crypto bear run simply refered to a situation where supply is largely greater than demands, very low market confidence, continuous prices fall; or can be referred to a more than 30% price fall from the recent all time high. This downturn is as a result of certain factors like, economic tariff war, regulatory news, macroeconomic events and changes in market sentiments etc.

$70k-$60k may still make sense if there is still a decline occurring due to some effects of global economic instability.
But if it were to hit $50k or below it would be a pretty crazy decline, as the Support at $70k is still strong enough to withstand this unfavorable market situation.

But from looks of things there are some speculations are good to understand the bear run and we can use them. I also don't know the exact reason why the market is declining, because I think staying calm and waiting is the best way to do when the market is correcting.

It is a good decision and indicates the understanding that not every signal from a dollar is worth to be taken for granted. That is why many individuals become entrapped in short-term realised emotions and become confused when things start improving rapidly. The general understanding here though is that status of markets in any given period is not always clear from the beginning as/they are constituted. As much as things seem to be proceeding the way today, that may not always be the case later on. As for the argument that nobody is able to say it will change drastically at, I tend to concur. And given that the situation was still up in the air, it is quite understandable not to reach specific conclusions.

Market could only be just having two possible movements on which it could neither be going up or down. If there's a correction then there's always that recovery on which we do know that this market isnt really just that moving on one side forever. Bear market do happens on which considering that we do have cycles on here. Instead on panicking into the current condition of the market, it would be that just more better that you do make out some buybacks because on the time that the market do make out some recovery tnen this indicates that you are making up some profits with that. The market is unpredictable and this should be put up into your mind but having that approach and knows on how to handle yourself at least then this is what you should gonna make.
