What if the airdrop is gone forever?

I'm not sure this will happen, because the purpose of Airdrop is to promote new Crypto projects or there are some events from old Crypto as well. If there is still growth in cryptocurrency, then Airdrop will definitely continue to exist. But if we think what if Airdrop really doesn't exist, maybe we will just focus on trading and or will return to life as before knowing Airdrop.

Airdrops will never disappear because through this a project is promoted to a sufficient extent. Through this all the updates of a project are delivered to everyone as quickly as possible, so all projects want to launch airdrops but currently airdrops are a kind of fraud. A project promises to give a million dollar reward for airdrop but in the end it turns out that they are fraudsters. At one time many projects were promoted through bounty but due to the increase in scam projects, people refrained from bounty. Similarly, many people refrain from airdrops because there have been many scam projects here as well, but those who are new to crypto are jumping into airdrops without knowing anything.

When it comes to marketing aspects then we can really that that airdrops will really be that continue to exist no matter what on which just like you've said that this will be that pertaining about marketing and exposure on which this is that relevant or something which is important when it comes to a certain business or whatever it would be. On the time that it do lacks exposure then it will definitely be having problems on getting up investors on which means that you do need up to have such approach and thats why airdrops or bounty hunting wont be that totally be removed or would be that gone. It is just that if we do make out comparison into those airdrops n the past and on the present, then you can tell the significant drop when it comes to rewards and other aspects on which it turned out that its never been worth on dealing up with it.

I don't think it will disappear. Airdrop is a way to promote a project token, its the easiest way to make a project well known for users who received free money somehow are going to shill the project to some crypto community.  People are posting airdrops to spread the word about the project.

There are platforms also going to distribute tokens to holders of particular L1 projects. TON users are getting some tokens from unknown devs AFAIK.

I found out about crypto through BTC, and i am sure that is the case for a lot of other people, and since then i have never been interested in airdrops. I know many people like these airdrops and they use it to get into crypto, but i have a feeling that many of them are get-rich-quick hunters, who do not even care about understanding crypto or what they are getting into.

Is the crypto world getting worse? or will there be a big dispute when that happens? Or will the crypto space actually improve by reducing some other fraudulent methods...? Express your opinion on this... about what you would think when the crypto airdrop really disappears.

When airdrops disappears, I feel their will be new innovations that will take on and people will be interested to join just like when airdrops came and were paying well. Everything happens for a reason and overtime, what has a beginning may also have an end or will not longer have so much value like it used to when another similar technology replaces it. A lot of things needs to be corrected in the crypto space, most especially the high number of memecoins scamming people, may be it has been saturated now and they don’t get to scam more people like before which is already turning into the end of an era for airdrops especially those that are memecoin inspired.

But I agree with you, the airdrop project will not disappear in the crypto project because it is part of the promotion of the dev team so that their project succeeds. We will always see airdrops and I also see that many are still participating even though the rewards are worthless.

I believe that is quite logical because airdrops are not as rewarding as before they used to be. In the past, the people also wished to get high gains despite investing a small effort. But now, people have begun to shift dully on their heels and thinking that anything they get, if it is tagged as ‘instant’, won’t take long to wear out. Thus, there must be some explanations for the continued use of the airdrop. They are not only for advertising purpose but also for the new projects to establish the first group of followers. You may also be more selective now and this is even better in many ways than before if being selective was the main reason for your past behaviour. They said that if you want results then you will be let down many times. However, if you are interested in supporting the project, which you expect will have continued progression in the future then, airdrops can be the initial stage.

Some people consider airdrops as a kickstart for a project promotion, well at least it will really form a new community to gather support too.. but uniquely, airdrop participants never expect more unless there is money there... there is no sincere support there, so the project cannot be maximized because airdrop participants tend to prefer to give effort when it is profitable for them...

Projects need success in order to run according to the roadmap, while airdrop innovators only care about the money they will get after getting paid... if these airdrop participants are disappointed from the start, then what will happen is before the project is actually launched, the community will leave the related project... so it goes back to zero...

For now, the easiest instant way to form an initial community to fill telegram groups, fill hashtags on Twitter and flood social media with keywords related to projects is to take advantage of airdrop participants, but airdrop participants rarely get rewards that are commensurate with their contributions.

Airdrops used to be and now are completely different, it used to be easier to get rewards without complicated tasks, but now it's very complicated and more tasks need to be done to get rewards.

This is because crypto prices in the past were also cheaper and certainly not as high as they are today,
Projects are getting more varied and more competition is happening now.
New projects really need to get higher exposure.
