They see those bounty hunters as great marketer that's why many of them pay something or promise to give some percentage so that they can attract people to do some task like spreading the news about their project. Maybe the airdrops on telegram seem to be gone forever because there's nothing sensible about telegram airdrops anymore in my opinion, because the crypto community's interest has turned in a different direction when it comes to airdrops.
