In investing or even when I do bounties I always look at product, or roadmap - what is the plan of team, is it really gonna work, who the developers are and etc.

I think that ADA CARDANO is a good invesment because price is low and  interest about this project is growing in last weeks.
I also take  a look at LOOM with is traded in Binance and offers a concrete solution for ETH scalability.
