What do you think if the ico project does not reach hardcap, will the project experience a decrease in value when it is listed on the exchange?

I am of the opinion that a project reaching it's hard will definitely give the finance advantages to execute the goals and objects of the project. If the hard is not reahed, the company may  find it difficult to complete it's set program according to the road map. Nevertheless, some of the projects, when lunch on exchange, may attract more investor to buy the coin/token; especially if the project has some real economic value it is solving to the general public plus it's users, there by increasing it's full needed capital to continue the project development.

For this to fully work, there is a lot of work that still needs to take place. Teams and investors need to have lock-up periods that are legally binding to avoid pump & dump scams and insiders taking advantage of the public. The industry is still in the nascent stages, but already is revolutionizing how startups raise money.

Yes , I think the value of tokens depends of demand. So If demand is so high , the price will rise.

The price of token when it is listed on the exchangers usually the price will goes down

I think You can sell your tokens soon to reduce your lost, If the project is fail. Be carreful.

Yes I think It is difficult to detect good projects. Because many projects are fail, The poject is not interesting for investor.

There are good projects out there that are worth investing in. One of them is VLUX.

probably yes, even the projects which reach the hardcap has the dump problems right now, because it is a bear season.
I think bull season won't have the same pattern as the bear season though

I am not sure if there is a project that only achieves softcap, it will be successful on the exchange. What I see is that many projects that fail to achieve hardcap will die and be abandoned by investors.

I think that is true, if the Ico project does not reach hardcap the prices on the exchange will decrease, it is indeed very influential with crypto prices.

I cannot predict the future of the ICO now. What is clear is that the image of ICO in the eyes of the public is not good today, because of the many projects that are scam and fraudulent, many investors and Bounty hunters are deceived and not paid. Many investors also withdraw from the ICO. That is why the ICO is increasingly lonely from enthusiasts and investors.
