You are not aggressive if you recognize the cheater. You will probably be rewarded for that, especially if it turns out that your expressed doubts are justified

You're right. What I also can't understand is that this specific user was able to say "Thank you for posting this, very crucial to not being punished" and in reality he is filling the forum with spam and L.Q.P, which means that he agrees with the forum rules but has not even read them...

It doesn't cost anything to do things right, you don't have to be afraid to participate by asking questions, but even so, some unfortunately don't know how to read simple rules and don't have enough patience and dedication to grow their account.
