On that time neo is under $10 in value, so I yes or even now neo still worth to buy, if we just matter to its prediction price on this year 2019 which is worth $120 and now neo price is $15, so it's till far away the prediction, so if you really believe neo try hold atleast this whole year and observe if the prediction price will appear or even closer to it.
