Getting a good amount of sleep is the most important IMO. That is what I do and all I need is a break for everyday that makes me feel better when I do it. That's why for those that are lacking in sleeping and then keeps on working, you'll soon feel overfatigue and not just those that are in crypto but also in those woking in a different setup like in office. Take care of your health because we can no longer work if we're sick or much worse if we're dead already.

Sickness always sucks but on being dead I would not call it 'much worse' because you are unconscious then, so no worries there? Am I missing something?

Taking adequate rest and sleeping is one good way to ease your self from stress and keep your body healthy when you sleep you relax your nerves especially the brain it relax and become sharper so sleep is one good remedy to relaxing and having a good health ,  the issue of health is not something that should be joked with because it's one area of our life that is very important to our well being so should given  attention as lack of not being in a good health has caused the untimely deaths of plenty so sleep and relax when necessary and don't always over stress yourself

Stop doing the tasks that didn't make you any money in a while.

I knew the importance of health but not in a state to give utmost priority for it but I am doing my best like a balanced diet with only homemade foods, enough sleep.

After I read this, I laughed because I remembered a pictorial excerpt my friend sent me on WhatsApp and it was culled from X. It says that lack of sleep causes dementia and I began to wonder how that happens and to be frank, our health is very complex that if you continue to dig deep, you will be afraid because anything you do has a health repercussion so its better one just be moderate in everything they do as it relates to health matters.

Health is not what we should take for granted, we have to value it and also maintain it, when we have health, we have wealth, because this is what other rich men couldn't afford to buy, but nature has given us and we must always be grateful for that and also appreciate the free gift, those in deep pains are now realizing the implication to why their health is taken away from them which we should also avoid before it comes to our own turn.

We most times do not value our health. It is the daily choices we make that determines our health. The way we live our lifestyles especially the things we think don't really matter like drinking beer, not drinking enough water and not having general rest can affect our health

A very basic saying but turned out to be that very useful or helpful in living a life without health issues. This is really that indeed health is wealth because you cant be able to do something if you do have that body which is sick. Everything will be useless if you do grind up that much but you had compromised your health on which this will really be that causing up that useless situation because you will be that paying up for medication on which those earnings that you have gotten will be that useless because everything will be that spend up.

How to follow "health is wealth" when you dont feel that something hurts or bothers you? I know a lot of people refuse to go to doctors for check-up, because they dont feel any discomfort in their body, and they think doing check-up is a waste of money. Their vision is - why run a check-up and find out that you feel normal or good for your age, when you feel normal? In addition to if they find out that something is only recommended by doctor and not urgent to do, they will skip that.

Or a simple example. When was the last time you have visited dentist? I try to visit him one a year. Find out that everything is ok. This time a year has passed since last visit and I am somehow postponing it all the time. When no tooth pain does not mean my teeth are ok.

You're definitely right because it's only a person that is healthy that can be thinking about how he or she will be making more money, going on vacation etc when ever you lose your health you lose everything so there is need to always prioritize your health over everything because when ever there is problem in your health life's becomes uneasy for you as your entire plan in life will be how you can become fit and go back to normal health and in such a case there will be no progress in your life because when you lose your health you becomes unproductive

How do you manage to maintain the good health? Do you take food supplementation or vitamins to maintain your health?
Good food, vitamins and work outs or regular walking.

I'm an asian, i like japanese, koreans, and chinese dishes they are all delicious and healthy, less to zero msg and most are fermented especially korean foods for longer use. My partner always make these kind of foods of course with my help. If you will notice its rare to have obese and unhealthy Japanese and Koreans, even Chinese, their body were usually slims because of how well-balance their food is, also with the help of walking when their transport system is so good, so they just walk to stations to stations then to their office most of the time which is a good way of exercise too.

Also, we take vitamins, I use Berocca, taking once in every two days, and its effective to boost your immune system, it's good investment, it just cost at least $15 for 1 month of dose.

Then lastly walking, at least 10k steps per day is enough, we have smart watch to check these number of steps of even using only your mobile phones to monitor them.

I believe everyone values their health. The saying that health is wealth is so very true and people only find out how true it is when they fall sick, if you are sick, you cannot work and you cannot make money. It is good to understand your body, exercise, drink water, visit your doctor and watch your diet, if you do these, you should have a good health.
