How do you manage to maintain the good health? Do you take food supplementation or vitamins to maintain your health?
Good food, vitamins and work outs or regular walking.
I'm an asian, i like japanese, koreans, and chinese dishes they are all delicious and healthy, less to zero msg and most are fermented especially korean foods for longer use. My partner always make these kind of foods of course with my help. If you will notice its rare to have obese and unhealthy Japanese and Koreans, even Chinese, their body were usually slims because of how well-balance their food is, also with the help of walking when their transport system is so good, so they just walk to stations to stations then to their office most of the time which is a good way of exercise too.
Also, we take vitamins, I use Berocca, taking once in every two days, and its effective to boost your immune system, it's good investment, it just cost at least $15 for 1 month of dose.
Then lastly walking, at least 10k steps per day is enough, we have smart watch to check these number of steps of even using only your mobile phones to monitor them.
