What is the safest and most reliable altcoin?

What for you is the safest and most reliable altcoin that any beginners of cryptocurrency can buy and invest in to? Because bitcoin is unpredictable I wonder if I can start buying altcoins instead, however, I do not want to buy an altcoin that will just be a waste of money. Any ideas?

I don’t think there is such a thing as the most reliable altcoin. Crypto is volatile and unpredictable.
ETH is one of the relatively safest. WAN is also quite safe I can say. However I wouldn’t say that any of these are the safest. You can never know what will happen in crypto.

Since bitcoin is unpredictable as you said and altcoins price are highly dependent on bitcoin's price, then that means most, if not all, altcoins are also unpredictable.

Safest is gold backed crypto, or fiat backed crypto, as long as a nation still exist and gold still a media for storing value, holding asset on those type of coin will be the safest bet to choose

I think that BITCOIN is the safest coin if you want to start investing, it's more stable compared to all altcoins including ETH.

In my opinion, there will never have such a thing as the most reliable altcoin in this crypto world cause its volatile and unpredictable and its not only happen in this crypto world, you can find them in commodity, forex, index.
But if you want to buy a good one, I suggest you buy the top rank cryptocurrency and they already has their use case like ETH, NEO, Tron, Vechain. But you can do your own research too. after you do your research you can decide it ^^

I think to invest in top altcoins is the safest way. Just avoid to invest in ICOs, you are better to buy listed coins on exchanges. Ethereum, stellar, EOS, cardano, and tron are good crypto coins for investment. I recommend you to buy those coins for the safest investment.

Bitcoin, isn't it? Even if it went from 20k to 6k, it is 1/3. Other coins made 1/5 or 1/10! Bitcoin has lost less.

For Altcon, the safest and most potential in my opinion are Ethereum and Litecoin. The two of them are my trusted coins and until now I still haven't gotten the slightest loss in playing in these two coins. Try to be able to do and buy the coin to do business in it.
