No. Mods deal with the mod reports. Mods can then give warnings when dealing with such reports.

Yes, they received two warning messages before out of 5 warnings from 3 mods since July 2019. Check the warning log of the user next time please??

That's exactly what the warning system is for and why I spent a lot of time creating a dozen templates to use to educate users of why they were warned.
The mod guidelines are clear about using the templates, so that each warning sends a PM as well as an email to user, as mods are currently doing.
You know where the (-) button is for the warning system right? If you click it, you can remove from moderated (-10 or -20):




Instead of moanings about things, just click the button next time please?
I have better things to do than educate mods (who should know better) on how to use a warning system if they feel it's being abused.
