Good decision. We have to feel soft feelings also on new comers and help them to understand the forum but too many punishment will bring negative impact on this forum specially on newers. Normally move the topic hence is better i think as you said.

Haha... It's good to become nicer at the same time implementing the rules (the friendly forum).

I always watch myself if I overpower the others, do wrongfully, or I mean abuse the opportunity, even didn't help the forum. Also trying my very best to understand things in accordance to a friendly environment.

There was a time, I created a hostile environment with Warning. Because the users I warned were multi. When multi-users are annoyed in various ways, it should be forgotten that the forum is friendly. Because harmful to the forum.

Warning, one must think before giving any strike. If this is the first time then consider for horror. This can be a 0% warning.

His last topic, also advertising, can even be described as plagiarism. Even if he wrote it himself, or someone from his company, you don't know that now, he didn't mention any source.
