Can the governments utilize Blockchain to check corruption?

This is a laudable idea because Blockchain technology eliminates all fraudulent activities seen in some businesses in relation to their payment systems. The Blockchain keep records of all transactions which ensures transparency and trust. The governments can utilize it to minimize or check the uprising incidence of corruption.

Blockchain is very safe to use to store all transaction data and recently tax payments in my country have used blockchain technology, even though crypto is still not approved, but I'm glad the government has adopted this technology.

I like the idea of blockchain being utilized by government institutions to be more transparent and less corrupt. This is going to take a massive overhaul in their system and some retraining of everyone in the government.

Well if they decide for blockchain being utilized by the officials  or governments ,  that will  for sure carry blockchain and cryptocurrencies  positions into a better place . So trust will bring demand and it will affects supply . Corruption and money laundring is another issue to be careful with .

Of course they can, how u see blockchain technology is now fully utilized in all areas, and the results from this are very positive, so if governments will want to do this, they will do it without any problems.

It is possible to some department in the government I guess. I do not think blockchain tech will be accepted on departments where national security is involved.

I disagree! Block chain from the description itself "decentralized" could not catch even a single corrupt person. Instead, it could promote more people to do corruption because it's decentralize. They will not be caught by anyone by their wrong doing.

Actually this is correct if the governments allow to utilize Blockchain to check corruption because of the  power which is hold to the members and I agree if one of the leaders in every country mandated to be a seriously checking the documents to avoid illegal transactions.
