Does ICO need regulation?

I agree that regulations must be in place to regulate the ICO, because so that not just anyone makes a random ICO, so this could be a strong reason why regulation is needed,
and regulations are also useful to prevent scam projects and I believe this regulation will have a positive impact on the development of new projects.

I agree with your opinion. We need some changes in ICO, at least it can reduce many bad cases for scam projects and increase the interest of investors to put their money in ICO coins anymore. I feel that investors become lack of trust in ICOs currently.

Although the type of regulations will tell, but I believe that regulation will do more good than harm to especially the ICO investors.

Of course it needs them, such a projects could be very risky, so at least some regulations would be very useful - as long as we don't ban them, like China is trying to do (more on spam blocked b, but you've probably heard that)

the rules regarding ico are very important because by doing so they will reduce the ico that is a scam. with this regulation, it will also help investors and bounty hunters to choose the ico for them to follow. I think it will be useful.

In order to put everything in the right place regulations must be strictly implemented. Honest admin of particular ICO should do his/her very best to maintain the systematic strict friendly regulations.

if an ico has rules then I think it will be safer. where the bounty hunters or investors will be spared from ico who is a scam. but we also have to know that it is not easy to predict the ico who is a scam. therefore we must be more careful in choosing it.

It may be good if ICO should be regulated. But, does the team of the project agree? because it will make them pass the complicated rules and regulation. And who can regulate the ICO? The government or company or something else? That's what I think now.
