The green market has survived in several days. Crypto currencies showed a fairly consistent increasing. So the question, Is this what people say with "small bull"?

Yes,  I see It is small bull run in last week.  But Today It is going down again.  I think Crypto market is still high volatile.

I don't know what you mean guys. He said about small bull to call the increase that happens only for several days and not really significant to rise. It is no problem I think to call whatever the rise style. But for me, it is only a pump and not more.

For now, I don't think that there is bull market today. It is still bearish market. The market still wants to reach its bottom side of the price in the market. It will last longer. I don't want to make everybody fear but this is the fact. However, be patient, we only need more months or a year later to increase.

Yes, I think It is small bull, It is the sign of starting the bull run will happen soon. I believe It will happen at june this year. Lets see and wait.

I agree that the market lacks infrastructure and Foundation for growth...if earlier the market was growing on the news and a large number of investors who pushed the price up-now everything is different.The state and regulators prevent movement .The interest of investors decreased and many of them began to look in the direction of gold.
