Will there be many ICO in 2019?

Obviously, the lunching of new projects (ICOs) absolutely depend on the condition of the market. The reason why many projects has canceled or delay their existing projects was based on the bear market conditions.
In addition, futher development on ICOs in 2019 may largely depend on the market improvement for both canceled, delayed or new start up projects. Thank you

I don't believe there will be many ICO stages since the situation of the market and the SEC investigations. People will look for American based less risky ICO kind of projects. But we can not know exactly, so let's see.

If we consider it, the number of ICOs in 2019 may increase. But I don't think the number of investors will follow the increase of ICOs. This will become the problems if there is no change in ICO system. Investors are still afraid with scam and failed ICOs issues.

Of course There will be many many ICO in 2019. I believe it.  I always believe ICO will be more popular at the next year.. It is more profitable.

I agree with you. People will improve their projects in 2019 to gain more investors. They must learn from many failed projects in 2018 because of low quality of projects and the strategies that are not suitable. Blockchain technology will be adopted more in 2019, so ICOs will be possible to follow it.

If only we gonna have a bull run which will last for more than 3 month and also the market had fully recovered. Then you will see more ICO  popping up

That will depends on how the crypto market is performing. When the market is good like 2018. 2018 we see more and more ICO start to evolve out from the market whereas nearing the end of 2018 we see many ICO stop halfway due to the bearish market or ICO does not even want to start maybe they think that most probably the product they are lunching out is good also will not help them make much profit in this bear market.
