I am not sure this user received any prior warnings but he is clearly shilling for BG via mentioning the name as well as using the images with the BG name on it. IMO, a clear shill account.

If we look at the time period from the first report to today, we can see that the user in question has not given up on his primary intention - but he is much more cautious than before. What I've noticed is that some of the BG shills have been doing something you could call soft shilling lately, and the thing is that they mention certain tokens or even events that are related to BG.

One of these is Tok** **49, whose golden sponsor is, surprisingly, BG.

Thanks for report, though they received 3 strikes a few days ago, so now effectively banned from posting. You also weren't to know that without seeing timestamp of last warning.

Generally if they are are 3 strikes, under review or misbehaving, you won't see any new posts, unless things are broken or mods slip up

From what I can see, the user hasn't posted for a few days, I'm guessing due to the recent warnings and negative badges they've received, but I'm sure they'll do the same again (in one form or another) once the last warning expires. So, I think the only thing I can do is put that user in the under review group, he will never be able to post again.

I'll never understand why BG does this...

It wasn't so "soft" shilling, it was more direct shilling. First he opened this topic to start the discussion about the event and then posted an "innocent" answer from his alt with the exchange name and a fact of sponsorship. The alt was banned. Then he used another alt, the next alt was banned. Both shilling posts with the exchange name were deleted. But the event itself... well, users liked discussing it, okay.

I had my suspicion over the mentioned event and when I tried to look I didn't connect with the BG that is why I didn't wanna go hard at them when the intentions were unclear to me but they are again and for sure, they knew how to hide under the radar now.

How about user Otasowie[1]? He initially created a thread asking about exchange reward, but later created off-topic reply shilling bitget and it's current event[2].

Absolutely, I was waiting something like that since after I first saw this topic several days ago. There are several topics which look like they are probably opened for the same shilling try.
