everything is possible, so i am no surprised if i see any coins overtake eth. lots of real project are coming like LINK, KAVA or etc. but not easy to beat eth, because eth use every side which is we use blockchain, erc20 or new many project base on eth. time will be say what are the true fact but now eth looking good. thanks

ETH is much established coin in the market right now, second most cap on CMC. I don't see any other crypto that can beat ETH, so stay focus only on ETH and invest while you can.

I don't think it's possible for any new cryptocurrency to beat ETH right now. Many tokens have been integrated into this currency. Many Ethereum based projects are coming to the crypto market as well as many Ethereum based Diff projects are being developed. Also ETH is now coming up with a strong ETH 2.0 policy, which I believe will make it even stronger.

I think maybe it will possible in future because everyday the cryptomarket situation is changing so this year many defi projects growth is higher than other altcoins especially Link is moving upward in CMC so everything can possible in future.

if we talk about price, there are even new comer in crypto world have overtake eth 20X price against to it. let's just take example of decentralize finance project YFI. it's base on ethereum platform that traded currently at $19k even bigger that Bitcoin itself. but I don't think marketcap can be snatch by YFI. it's still BTC and ETH are taking the top position among all crypto currency.

There is a list of many tokens or coins in the coin market cap or CMC. The second place winner is ETH. It is in the second place in terms of popularity. ETH is a good coin. It is popular and much more expensive. But I don't think this coin will be able to do the eighth wonder. Because Bitcoin is the best. So I think Bitcoin will be followed by ETH. These coins have a good position in the market.

Actually, Ripple tried to overtake Ethereum and then it happened. But did not take longer coz Ethereum bounce back again and gain more money to add the market capitalization. Today, Ethereum remain in rank 2 and Ripple in rank 3.

There are actually a lot of altcoins that can become better than Ethereum. However we do not have a single clue among which of these altcoins. If you have heard of Quark Chain with ticker symbol QKC. They have built a better network compared to Ethereum. Not sure if they will be able to beat Ethereum but they have very similar functions. Their CEO is a fan of Vitalik and you know they saying "The student shall surpass its master".
