Sofico bounty manager's requirements are too hard for hunters

For social media, I think the requirements are still heavy with 10 tweets + 10 retweets per week, in general, 3 posts + 5 retweets / shares are just like any other bounty

Reporting: sometimes they ask hunters to report every 3 days;
This is a very extraordinary problem for me, it is indeed a job risk, but for me the hard thing is sometimes the pay is not as expected

Did you participate in Sofico's bounty campaign?
for now I have not participated for the 2 new bounties which are constrained by the rules

Sofico is a reputable bounty manager team, but they often pay off very late. I have never participated in their social media campaigns because their demands are too high for me. I prefer to participate in the signature campaign but they do not want to run signature campaigns.
For me, the projects that Sofico supports are not really potential, token prices are often very low after being listed.

As far as I can remember, I have never participated in bounty campaigns with the Sofico manager.  I think for social networks it would be optimal to do 5-7 retweets and 3-5 tweets per week and submit a report once a week.

Difficult task every week stressful for rewards. The manager already made changes as response for the hunters concern. In this case the decision to join is in hunters. If they will participate they must follow and obey the rules. I think the manager is trusted and will not break his words.

I think you can suggest to sofico bounty manager to change the requirements, he would listen to you because you are moderator. I also joined one of his bounty campaign but only signature, never thought that some campaigns that is almost spamming with his bounty..

Actually i don’t like this type bounty campaign, Need more than two own tweet, Retweet and like daily and i think this is very danger for our Twitter account,  we can lost our Twitter account for spamming. This bounty rules are too bad as my opinion.

Bounty manager he is good, I participated in Swapzilla, IQ, the conditions of this manager differ from others in their complexity, of the two bounties I received with IQ tokens in the amount of $ 1.5, swapzilla seems to never launch their project, so I appreciate my time and recently choose other BM.

I can only comment in Sofico Telegram group cht, thanks to the consent of many other bounty hunters, Sofico accepted to reduce requirements.
I am just a small Mod on AltcoinsTalks forum, my influence on Sofico is almost zero. But I hope everything will be different when Sofico can read this topic we discuss about them

We as bounty hunters have the option to join which bounty campaign?  If we think the requirements in the bounty are too difficult and we object to doing them, just leave looking for the easy ones.  But if the payout from the bounty campaign is commensurate with our work, even though the conditions are difficult why don't we just do it ?!

i totally agree with you , they ask for their members to do hard tasks daily and at the end the token distributions is always late , always two months after the bounty ended unlike the bounty detective manager , they pay directly after the bounty end and i prefer working with them .

Completing daily tasks disciplines in a certain way.  Someone who is responsible for completing tasks receives much more than someone who performs tasks on an occasional basis ...

Let's check some bounty campaigns from Sofico, I reiterate that I have been participating in Sofico's bounty campaigns because I believe in the credibility of this team, but the problem lies in the high requirements of campaigns.:
1. KRG
Duration: 30 days
Pool:  500K KRG= $2K CoinGecko 1 FRG = $0.00414782
Social campaigns: 2 post + 2 share + 2 comment per day. Report every 3 days;
Distribution: still wait for 3 months

2. CrowdSale Network
Duration: 30 days
Pool: 30K CSNP = $1.7K CoinGecko: 1 CSNP = $0.056275
Social campaigns: 2 post + 2 share + 2 comment per day. Report every 3 days;
Distribution: still wait for 3 months

3. StoBox
Duration: 30 days
Pool: 250K STBU = $25K CoinGecko: 1 STBU = $0.109797
Social campaigns: 2 post + 2 share + 2 comment per day. Report every 3 days;
Distribution: 3 months after bounty campaign

3. 7PlusCoin
Duration: 30 days
Pool: 500K SV7 = $50K in Token-Sale
Social campaigns: 10 post + 10 share per week
Distribution: 3 months after bounty campaign

I think this is the only bounty management team that requires the hunter to post/share/comment twice a day

Actually, I never join social media, only focus on the signature campaign by now.
However, I pay attention to some lists of their requirements here:

+ Registration: sometimes hunters have to register for an account through the manager referral link;
+ Reporting: sometimes they ask hunters to report every 3 days;
+ Check: many scammers received tokens with simple tricks. The team members don't even test the PoA they requested;

These are the most lists that I paid attention to.
Registration with the BM referral link? This is likely strange and also he means using his power and also position to utilize the bounty members. It is not fair enough that he gets referral downlines that way.
And making a report every 3 days? SO funny.
For the scammers. maybe they don't check them all, not fair enough

First of all, I am a loyal hunter of Sofico bounty manager, I participate in almost all bounty campaigns run by them, and I am also pursuing StoBox & 7PlusCoin bounty campaigns.

However, I want to express my opinion on the very difficult requirements they require hunters to follow:
+ Twitter campaign: 2 tweet + 2 retweet + 2 comment per day or 20 tweet + 20 retweet per week;
+ Facebook campaign: 2 post + 2 share + 2 comment per day or 20 post + 20 share per week;
+ Instagram campaign: 2 post + 2 comment per day;
+ Reddit: create 20 posts per week;
+ Youtube: 2 like + 2 share + 2 comment per day or 20 like + 20 share + 20 comment per week;
+ Medium: 2 comment per day;
+ Telegram: 10 comment per day;
+ Registration: sometimes hunters have to register for an account through the manager referral link;
+ Reporting: sometimes they ask hunters to report every 3 days;
+ Check: many scammers received tokens with simple tricks. The team members don't even test the PoA they requested;
+ Registration form & wallet to receive bonuses: often inconsistent and there is change during campaigns. Sometimes they ask the user to create a new ERC-20 wallet on the project's platform and then notice that other ERC-20 wallets are also valid, sometimes they ask for the user's ERC-20 wallet, then again require users to create an account on a certain platform to receive tokens @@
+ Time for rewards distribution: very long, about 3 months after the bounty campaign ends.

Social networking platforms like Twitter & Facebook often suspect I am a spammers for sharing too much information about the project in a day. That is really inconvenient for me & other hunters.

Are you participating in Sofico's bounty campaigns? What is your opinion on the campaign requirements? Would you like Sofico to change the requirements of bounty campaigns?

Update: Listening to the hunters' opinion, Sofico has reduced requirements in 7PlusCoin's social media campaigns to:
+ Twitter & Facebook campaign: min 10 tweet + 10 retweet per week;
+ Youtube: max 5 like + 5 share + 5 comment per week;

I have no question about Sofico's requirements because this is his right as a Bounty manager. Maybe, he is doing it to avoid cheaters and to make participants will work diligently. And besides, no one is a force to join the campaign He managed anyway. So, if the participants think that He/She can't comply the task or requirements He needs, well, the Bounty hunters can ignore and find other campaign that is much easier than Sofico's.
