why do people create a bounty project or social campaign without any future plan

As I have said on some other occasion, before starting to participate in a bounty, we have to do a complete study about the project, the team, the objective of the project, the amount of money needed, and much more. We have to get away from "soon on Binance" and similar things that I am seeing lately. DYOR.

They run bounty campaigns to either drive the token price up or simply add new users in their community. The most annoying thing is that the token price in the market is only 1 cent, they advertise in the bounty campaign that the bounty pool is 1 million tokens = 1 million USD (according to the price in token sale)!

I'm also not happy about these things, but there's nothing we can do about it, it seems like 90% of the new projects nowadays don't have any real product or solve any problem, they are just out to get money from investors and give them sh*t tokens to hold unto, maybe new projects no longer have new problems to solve or maybe they ran out of ideas,, just wondering if that means bounty campaigns will stop .

Maybe you are right, they created a social media bounty to attract investors but this is not enough if the team is not serious about the project. We just can help to share the activity of project, but succeed or not is depend on the team

Honestly, i am furious and angry with bounties campaign. why do people sat down and request for a bounty campaign on a project they have no intention of developing? why will someone employ a bounty manager to kick start a project and then drop it mid way? obivous because the funds are not coming and then you abandoned the project. many bouny website has dissappear because of this issue.

You say hate the bounty, but you always follow it and you complain here. Quite simply, if you don't want to get a scam project don't join.
because basically there is no moderation bounty. so it can't be seen the good and the bad bounty projects.
Our goal here in this forum is to discuss crypto and embrace all crypto communities not to analyze bounties. just think of bounties like prizes from this forum, don't think of bounties as work.
so that if you consider the bounty as a job and when you get a bounty scam you will be disappointed and can be crazy

I think the developer does not have sufficient funds to continue the project, it often happens when the team doesn't have a product that investors don't accept.
so they will disappear and create new projects with new ideas for everyone to accept.

There are many reasons here.
1. Have not calculated the strength.
2. Insufficient funding.
3. Loss of interest from the team.
4. Changes in market priorities.
5. Get rich quick.
And this is just a fraction of what can be assumed.

Money is the root of scam project purpose. From the start of launching they knew that everything is all about money and nothing more than money. Once they have it they will run and hide or create new projects again collecting funds.

You're right@Falcon, but not all projects and bounties that fail are scams, there is a high percentage, I do not deny it, but as I said in my previous post in this thread there are many more reasons. And any of those reasons make bounty hunters frustrated after showing their support and doing their job.

A large number of people is not yet a sign that the project will work. Plus, a large number of people will result in a smaller payout. I am more inclined to introspection of projects. Why trust fate or someone else's opinion?

Sometimes I also have the same question in my mind.  Why not do an initial review before the project is launched, the project team must have good management and not rely on all funds from investors.  Stumbling blocks will always be encountered because the roads are not always smooth to walk on.

It all depends on the project and on the BMa, the project is passively behaving in development, this means that there are doubts about the cleanliness of the project itself, and BM just received a reward from the project for the bounty company and knows that the project will not go to the masses. All this rests on the greed of the project itself and also the BMa. There are good BM's that are selective about the project selection, and there are those that take projects all in a row.
