Yes mate, many bounties campaigns are flew away from mid way issuing of scaming, funding and cheating. Some projects are shutdown it's website and social Media due to collect fund from investors and buyers. I hate those manager who arrange such kind of bounties campaigns projects.

There is no question of hating the director here. The whole team of the project is a member of the fraud team. Some teams have been formed, they have people for all kinds of work including web developer. They constantly cheat investors by creating new projects. Whitepaper of some projects not found. I have identified three such teams. But I did not post anywhere against them. Just everyone needs to be aware. You never go back to such a team for investment.
