Yeah because it is a suicide to get a loan just to fund your gambling accounts, not a good idea to be honest. Gambling does not guarantee any winnings so it is too risky for you to borrow money and then lost it all at once.
The only problem with gambling with a loan is that if you lose the first bet, there is no way to repay the loan. If he is unable to repay the loan, he will be forced to take additional loans.

Yeah and he ends up like getting another loan to pay for another loan and this is quiet common that is happening here in my locality. Some gamblers even use their hard earned money as well to place bets.

Even in my area there are often unpleasant situations where gamblers even sell their houses to pay off their loans. In many cases it has been seen that even after selling the house, they migrated without being able to repay the loan. But those who have not yet indulged themselves in gambling can definitely learn from those circumstances. It should be noted that never gamble without paying off the loan and even without a loan.

That is quiet alarming to be honest because people with that kind of attitude in gambling might influence or inspire other desperate gamblers to do the same if tolerated.

My view on gambling is not good because it can damage the gambler's mentality.
Gambling using one's own money can also damage and destroy the gambler's economy, especially by using other people's money.
This experience was also felt when my ex-husband was an acute gambler, he could not be cured and only divorce could heal me personally.
I don't know whether my ex-husband gambled by borrowing from other people or not, but what is certain is that I have given up and was traumatized when my ex-husband gambled and neglected our small family. :'(

Sorry to hear about your husband's gambling problem and I do agree that undisciplined gambling could shatter family's relationship and here in our country, many families have been broken due to gambling.

Personally, i gamble but not to the extent that i will borrow money just to gamble as gambling is not a guaranteed win.

In general it is not a good idea to go into debt, the only rational exception being to do so for investment purposes, provided that it is a controlled debt and the repayments do not represent a high % of income. But borrowing to gamble is a direct path to catastrophe, as can be seen in the OP's example.

The only problem with gambling with a loan is that if you lose the first bet, there is no way to repay the loan. If he is unable to repay the loan, he will be forced to take additional loans.

That is as long as they continue to give you loans. As soon as financial institutions detect this pattern of behaviour, they turn off the tap of loans.

OP, I consistently mention that a person's gambling career ends when they borrow money for it. The advice will be effective when he does gambling randomly, and when he gets the addiction your efforts will be useless in making him realize that bowering money for gambling is bad. There are two possibilities in your friend's case one is that he reached the peak of addiction as he used to sell his house products to fulfill his gambling needs or maybe he is trying to worry about some money or sell something to get money and then earn from gambling and return it to the person from where he borrows the money and recover his losses. At this, I think u should convince him to leave gambling because the more he is in gambling the more he will ruin his life I know leaving gambling immediately is not possible so engage him in some other work so that his attention will be diverted to some time and he will leave it slowly and gradually.

-Sorry to hear about your husband's gambling problem-
No problem, it's just a story from the past and now he is also my ex-husband.
I only tell this story because I see a topic that is very closely related to the story of my past.
Maybe this will be a motivational story for all members on this forum so they don't gamble too much, especially using borrowed money.

I also hope that you don't overdo it because gambling can also damage your mentality.
Maybe this gambling is for you to have fun but if it is excessive it is not good for your life.
This is just my advice to you, because I have experienced this with my ex-husband, I hope you don't have the same story as my life story. :)

Yeah, I agree that gambling or too much of it could affect our mental health which I hope I won't be affected by that. I'm not too young but not too old as well and I know now how to handle gambling as to not affect negatively on my life especially if we gamble with borrowed money.

Well I have a perception about it, the game is something that we must have a lot of responsibility for, we cannot be inventing things with our money, first of all losing our money and being left with nothing is our fault, because the first thing we must What to do as players is before entering a casino to allocate how much budget we are willing to lose, not to win, but to lose, because sometimes we imagine what we can win, but never what we will lose, then that is one of the first things, and once we decide that budget, what we must do is respect it if we lose, that is, if we lose we must assume and not deposit more money and less to pursue recovering what we already lost.

And well, once you do that, you can give yourself your way of doing whatever it is, with emotions, without emotions, with impulses or without impulses, the idea of ??this is that you don't become addicted.

Sorry, this only gives advice to you and maybe I personally give advice to you.
If you are married then love your family with positive things, maybe "in my opinion" gambling is not positive and tends to have negative results.
If you are still single, save as much money as possible so that in the future you can have funds when something suddenly happens. Sorry this is my advice and you don't need to take it seriously. :)

- before entering a casino to allocate how much budget we are willing to lose, -
Hii mate , if you give advice or you have tricks like that, maybe it's better for you to just send your money to me. Just kidding mate. lol

But it is said that every gambler has a different character and when they are given good and positive advice they cannot accept it easily.
Maybe only if they have experienced defeat will they feel what it means to lose. This is just my assessment from various people around me where this happened to my ex-husband.

Gambling is a cause of social decay. It also causes curses for those who borrow money and gamble. No one can be sure whether he will profit or not in the case of tides. I have heard of a man in our country who gambled with his loan money to double his profit but at the end of the day he suffered the most. The next day he committed suicide after finding no way out. So gambling money should never be borrowed money as this can put you at great risk. Which can make you mentally ill.

One of the stupidest decisions a gambler can make, but unfortunately, many gamblers are still doing it because it's either they want to recover their losses, or they are just too greedy, and they don't have money thus, they're restoring to borrowing.

I know somebody here in our community who does that. He isn't borrowing money from different people per se, but he's selling all of his items just to have money to be used in gambling. He sold his motorcycle, and his appliances, and even a portion of his property has been sold as well. Where did the money go? Gambling, and not surprised that he lost all of them.

Don't borrow money to gamble. If you want to gamble then at least use your own money, and not the money of others. If you don't have money then don't gamble greedy stupid gambler. :P

Some people can't just stay without gambling for only one week so if they don't have money then they would go into borrowing and play their games. And some of don't don't have money to gamble and no where to borrow to play them selling of properties have started. And from my own looking at it borrowing and selling of properties, borrowing might be better than selling of properties because in borrowing you can do some roadside jobs and pay back the loan but selling of properties is not really advisable.
