I am quite glad that Germany lost. Merih Demiral did our "Bozkurt" symbol, something that represents a "wolf" and has been the animal of Turks for longer than 2000 years. And he got banned for 2 games, and not for "racism" neither, if that was the case then the rule that he was banned for would be article 14, no he got banned for 2 games because of article 11, which is just misconduct and nothing major neither, no chance for appeal neither, so he will not be in the next two games, quarter finals and semi finals. Germany has always been quite racist towards the Turkish people, and because of that Uefa wanted to keep them happy with this. I am glad that they are gone, they can go home and cry about it now. What's about France vs Portugal?
Honestly, I really want to see Portugal in the final. But, in fact, this will be tough, and honestly, France has higher probability to win.

The two mega fixtures of yesterday was superb... I mean it was wow. Both matches ended at 120mins but it was unfortunate to me that my favourites didn't scale through in both matches.
Apart from Germany and Spain which I know that Spain earned it anyhow it happened, in the case of France, they don't deserve to win. These guys have not scored yet a goal on their own since this tournament started and yet they are through to the semi finals. If football is truly fair, Spain should be able to eliminate them in the stage.

I think Turkey does loss, that is, you know, that safe bet of those 4 games is Holland... in the others 3 really anything can happen.

Now, surely, just as you is sure that Turkey beats Holland, I am sure that England loses, therefore we have a tie of options.

I also congratulate them for successfully advancing to the semifinals of this year's Euro. It wasn't an easy journey for them, but they could be in the semifinals.

Let's not forget that the national team is composed of top/elite players from the country that's why I'm not worried about Carvajal missing out against Mbappe and the French team. Someone else will step up and it will be business as usual.

Right from the beginning of the season I had already had France and Spain in mind to reach the final stage of the league because I consider the two countries to have the best performance among others, don't get me wrong I'm not disputing the fact that other clubs are not strong but what I'm saying is that so far France and Spain has shown superiority over the other teams.

So for me I wouldn't like the both teams to meet on the Quarter finals if not there chances of meeting each other on the finals will no longer be possible because one team will be able to qualify, perhaps just like what happen between real Madrid and Bayern Munich on the champions League because it was almost certain that Bayern Munich and real Madrid will eventually reach the finals but the moment they fixture Bayern Munich and real Madrid on the semi finals everything changed, so I wouldn't like France and Spain to result that way.

The biggest omission from Gareth Southgate yet again in my opinion is Cole Palmer, I still can't fathom why Palmer keeps sitting on the bench even Mainoo is getting a playing time ahead of him, meanwhile England keeps playing the most boring football compared to any other in this competition, and lack creativity in midfield.

Despite the caliber of great players and talent England national possess, a good coach has always been their their problem and it's becoming evident that Gareth Southgate is also one of them.

It was an interesting match, both teams played well, but Portugal performed better than my expectations. I expected France to defeat Portugal before the end of full time, but to my surprise, the match ended in penalty kicks, France was even lucky, as Portugal had clear chances in extra time to qualify for the semi-final but congratulation to france.

With France's current form, it will be very difficult for Spain to qualify for the final because Spain's defense is not strong and all of France's positions are well intact, it is only their selfishness that will make it possible Spain to qualify.

This was another boring match between England and Switzerland but at lest we saw some goals scored in 90 minutes.
England was better after perfect penalty shootout but I dont think they can do anything serious in next stage against winner of Netherlands and Turkey.
