No need for justification here  the truth is always bitter. This is a situation of people taking advantage of events to undo their fellow citizens. It's just that the government agencies are not proactive otherwise most of these happenings wouldn't even exist. The agencies too have compromised their standards that they can not be able to prosecute marketers manipulating price of commodities. It is unfortunate the situation we find ourselves in this country.

If it was a country where the system was actually working the way it was supposed to work then all these issues of price manipulation whatsoever won’t have been happening. The government, regulatory agencies and those in production or distribution are all to blame for it.

Have you seen where a crooked person would blame his croony with whom he has conspired to carry out an act? This is the situation here; the government officials all know the games they play in between pretending that they don't know anything about what is happening. Let us take a look at the oil industry, will you say that you do not know what's going on in the country's oil sector, or do you feel those men are just there for nothing? Most of the heads of those agencies are the puppets of men in power, they just put them there to be able to oversee activities on their behalf and to do the needful in pushing their business forward.

You are right, and this is the same thing I told my friend that complaining to the government would never solve the problem of poverty, inflation, etc but taking a bold step to being self sufficient by producing and solving problem could help one be in a good position to earn good money to sustain him/herself in this harsh economy.  The government now does not care how the citizens fare, our leaders are just there for themselves, and they do not bother with the happenings because they have nothing to lose anyway.

I will say that anyone currently depending on the government for anything has no plans for themselves, it is better to start up a mini business than to wait unto the promises of politicians that can not fulfill their promises during their campaigns.

My brooda, everything you talk na d complete truth... Just imagine a country where price of things dey increase on daily basis but salary just remain stagnant. How man go take survive if em no add side huzzle?

Dem talk am say no food for lazy man, na dis economy wey dat adage play out well. Where everything don worse reach food... Basic food. To eat common mama-put now, if you no get 1,500 na plate you go gats wash to cover up. I remember d days wey a plate of food (rice) na 100 naira. Now, economy don spoil pass fuel, electronics and automobiles dem come reach food wey man dey chop to survive.

No be lie sha, if we look some things way the price de high, which e no suppose to de high, e de make person vex, but no be the sellers their fault. Pure water company de buy materials to take make production, them go put price, sellers way de buy from them go needs make profit. Local farmers na suppose de sell things a bit cheaper, but when Dem de buy, things way Dem de buy de costly, and gats buy to survive, and also increase price to fit buy other goods way Dem need.

You are right because there is no justification to any action of some sellers because they cannot produce a natural products we no that doesn't require so much expenses and they will bring to the Market and hike the price, comparing them to the imported ones, so is actually there doing because they want to make money from the inflation that isn't supposed to make them, so actually like I always mentioned our government has failed us on several ways because all this people manipulating there goods and services wouldn't have done that if there are people seating on that.
