Video call for KYC verification

Especially for our forum, I think it is no need for Video call KYC or other kinds of KYC. We have already had KYC badge for people that deserve to join it. If someone doesn't want to do that, he should not have the badge. And for the bounty teams, they must believe in forum staff since it is already appointed.

Bounty shouldn't apply Video call KYC. It is too much for me. If the bounty manager needs to identify participants in order to remove fraudsters, he only needs the document of the participant's ID. It is more than enough, video call just wastes time and efforts.

 Very good idea but sometimes it is very difficult to fresher who don't know good amount of English. So video Kyc is not a good way to identify customers.

This is a verification system that has a high level of difficulty to be manipulated. Because we have to make a video directly to verify KYC. So that the potential for fraud can be suppressed.

I will only accept this kind of kyc verifications if the projects that will going to ask it is really legit and I will going to get some good things from there because video verifications is really like an interview that like a very high security on checking which people are they going to work with.

I have seen KYC telegram in 2018 and I can upload documents that belong to me without needing a long time, KYC is very good for investors and everyone when they want a quick process in filling out KYC forms

i used for my exchange account verification. it was wonderful. i couldn't believe it. impressive. whatapp was the mode of communication. from nigeria to singapore. quite impressive. i will say it is recommendable.

I will never do KYC verification with video call for bounties. I dislike this way because I think it is strange. Why I must follow the way that looks like no need to do in a bounty. FYI, I never saw a bounty with video call KYC till now.

What's hard on doing a video call? If this video KYC is live then much better, I dont think its hard, unless youre  shy type not to talk on the camera. It just doing some skype with youre girlfriend. For me I approved it to avoid cheaters, IDs can be cracked and stole so this one the only one will be available is you and this is the final confirmation of the ID since we can see if that person is you in your submitted documents.

Yea I think that's the best kyc process ever since many have choose to be tricky in everything,  making everyone believe that their kyc are being sold out. Let's see how they cheat now

Video call for KYC verification is sounding very good and interesting. I never thought about this before. I like to use Skype for verification.

It would be a great idea if video call is sufficient for KYC to avoid the scammers from a project because sometime scammer got reward instead of a genuine person. If its possible Google Duo app can be used or it can be decided by the dev.

I think video call for KYC may be faster than document upload and verification exercise that takes more than one week or more by some projects to accomplish. A straight video call for KYC will reduce time and fasten registration.
